Delivery and Returns

Despatch

Prices shown include FREE shipping and VAT for mainland UK locations. Orders placed before 4 pm will be shipped on the same day, Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the following day.

Delivery

• Smaller or lower value items (less than £50) are generally sent by? First Class Post and usually takes 1- 3 business days to arrive.
• Higher value or heavy items will be sent by courier Next Day delivery which will be between 8:30 and 5:30 on the next WORKING day. Orders placed on Friday for Next Day delivery will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement.
• To ensure next day delivery on any item please select this in the checkout.
• International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
• In the event of severe weather conditions or other problems that prevent our carriers collecting your order it may unfortunately be delayed.

Returns

All returns must be authorised prior to shipping back to us. Please contact us to request authorisation, you will be issued a returns authority number (RA#). This must be clearly marked on the returns package, any product received without a valid returns reference number will be refused.

Refunds are issued in accordance with the European Distance Selling Act. Goods returned for refund must be in a 100% re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 20% administration fee on goods returned for refund if the product is incomplete (including packaging / manuals) or damaged in transit.

All goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Faulty goods after this point will be exchanged or repaired for up to 1 year after purchase date.
