Good evening all at Digital Era 
Just a quick note to say that although I had never heard of you before I ordered my product although hesitatingly on Monday evening at 7pm or so and it arrived at 11am this morning (wednesday). Using the internet for shopping does sometimes make you feel concerned if the order will ever arrive and I have to say that you excelled yourselves – I even called yesterday to confirm my e mail had arrived because I had put the incorrect post codes for billing and delivery and they were corrected by the lady who I spoke to there and then. She definitely did it as the paperwork had been changed.
Please pass on my thanks to you and your team – I have already recommended you to others so hopefully they will benefit from your excellent service
Once again thanks for a first class service – credit where credit is due as people are only too happy nowadays to put ‘pen to paper’ when things go wrong. Regards – K.L.G
