Delivery & Returns

Despatch

• Orders placed before 4 pm will be shipped on the same day, Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the following day.

Delivery

• Next Day delivery will be between 8:30 and 5:30 on the next WORKING day. Orders placed on Friday for Next Day delivery will be delilvered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement.
• Standard Delivery is sent by First Class Post and usually takes 1- 3 business days to arrive.
• International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Returns

• All returns must be authorised prior to shipping back to us. Please contact us to request authorisation, you will be issued a returns authority number (RA#). This must be clearly marked on the returns package, any product received without a valid returns reference number will be refused.
• Refunds are issued in accordance with the European Distance Selling Act. Goods returned for refund must be in a 100% re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 20% administration fee on goods returned for refund if the product is incomplete (including packaging / manuals) or damaged in transit.
• All goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Faulty goods after this point will be exchanged or repaired for up to 1 year after purchase date.
