New AKAIO
Jan 6th
The new release of AKAIO, Acekard All-In-One, has just been released. This release features new language translations, a fully working solution for Zelda – The Spirit Tracks, and much more.
What is this AKAIO all about? good question see here for more info.
Please view the Change Log below for more information.
(Change Log) • Fix Date/Time retrieved from files. • Fix Cheat Window Freeze/White screen problem. (Thanks Baka_Kyuubi84 for the test case) • Added Swedish language file. (Thanks the_engineeer) • Added Brazilian Portuguese language file. (Thanks Cereal Killer) • Updated savelist.bin • Zelda now defaults to the required 1MB (If your using a 512kb save you will need to start again because the save file is corrupt, Alternatively you can manually set the save size backto 4Mbit and continue but it will cause problems later into the game). • Fix disk icon appearing over other windows. • Settings window shows long filenames for skins and languages now.

Featured DSi Card – M3i Zero
Nov 27th
The M3i Zero Adapter is an amazing product for those who want to download homemade games, watch movies and listen music from a PC to a NDS. You can use your PC and normal SD/TF Card Reader to transfer your movie & music files to SD/TF card.
Why is the M3i Zero better then other cards?
The M3i Zero is just like most other DS Flash cards. In fact its features are almost the same as the Supercard DSONEi. It plays homebrew, loads cheats for games, and plays MP3s from inside the menu system. Don’t forget the M3i Zero and Supercard DSONEi have the RTS (Real Time Save) system, which allow you to save your games at any time! The biggest selling point of these cards is that they are 100% upgradable. There are two types of upgradability, one type is software on the micro sd card which every card can upgrade. The other is the actual firmware on the flash card itself. Why would you ever need to upgrade this? Good question the DSi has firmware you can upgrade this means that Nintendo can try and block these devices from running with a software update.
Quite a bit of our day is talking to customers about what DS card to get after sending them to our guide the answer is often the Supercard DSONEi or M3i Zero. While these two cards are currently the best DSi compatible flash cards both have super features and solid build but the M3i has additional features lacking in the Supercard DSONEi, these are:
- Advanced Sakura Operating System
- More language choices
- Built in media player and PDA
I personally use a Supercard DSONEi and love it but I know some people like the language options as well as the Sakura OS.

DS Edge Cards Coming Back For The DSi
Oct 15th
News hot off the press.
As I’m sure some of you have noticed we no longer list the EDGE DS cards on our website, We were informed a while ago that the EDGE card was being discontinued. Stock ran out within days of this news but every cloud has a silver lining. Expect a new card from the Edge team this time for the new DSi console.
The EDGE DS was without a doubt the one of most reliable DS card we ever sold, great packaging and software updates what more could we want?

IPlayer – DS Video Player
Oct 1st
The new iPlayer – A media player for the DS, DSLite and DSi which plays media files directly without having to convert them first.
Because of its hardware limitations, the Nintendo DS has never really been a great platform for watching videos. But the new iPlayer could change that. Like with all the other flashcarts available for the DS the iPlayer is able to load “homebrew software” though the makers claim it will NOT be able to load backup ROMs.
What it will be able to do though is natively play video files without having to convert them to a DS-friendly format first, thanks to a built-in decoding chip. So you’ll be able to load AVI, RMVB, RM, FLV, ASF, MPG, MOV, WMV, DivX, or XviD video files onto a microSD card and play them natively off your DS.
If out of stock please call and pre order as the number of enquiries we have about this product means we won’t have stock for long as they go so quick.

DSi Compatible Cards
Aug 19th
As you know version 1.4 firmware for the DSi stopped a few cards working for now.
Since then the teams behind the cards have been hard at work and the good news is the EZVi and Acekard2i with updated software will work with version 1.4.
So we recommend If you are planning to update your DSi to 1.4, or if you purchased your DSi after 30th July 2009, please only consider the EZVi and Acekard2i for now.
You can grab the latest firmware from here:

DSi Flash Cards
Feb 24th
The DSi is the third version of the Nintendo DS handheld and is set for release in the UK on April 3rd and will cost approximately £149. The DSi will be available in both white and black versions and will include two cameras, a bigger screen, a DS-specific download service, an SD card slot, and music playback functions.
So anyone purchasing a DSi and wishing to run some homebrew applications on it will need a DSi compatible DS Flash Card. Lucky for you we already stock one model and more on the way!
Have a browse of our DS Flash Card Section.
and the question you have all been asking….what does the i mean?
The “i” is symbolic of the subject “I” and its personal aspect. Plus, the addition of two cameras gives the system its own “eye” on things. Nintendo hope that the Nintendo DSi becomes more than a game system and more of a personal tool to enrich our daily lives.
