Mod Chip Quick Install Guide
INSTRUCTIONS
Opening Unit:
Before disassembling your Wii unit be sure to have a clean, well-lit work area with storage containers for loose parts. You will require a Philips and the provided Tri Wing head screwdriver.
Please remove the rubber foot directly above the battery tray. Also remove the three square white stickers from the bottom of the Wii and put them somewhere safe. The rubber foot and the sticker are covering hidden screws. It is also a good idea to use some electric tape to keep the wii mod chip nice and secure.
NOTE
Hiding screws under stickers and rubber pads is a common method used by electronics manufactures to help increase the aesthetics of their devices, as well as prevent people from easily locating screws and taking apart their products.
